If there is a problem with our item, we will repair or replace it at our expense.
All regular stock items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for any reason. Piano bars are subject to a 15% restocking fee due to their size and weight. There is no restocking fee for our smaller items. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Returns on custom work will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
